About Us

Cleaning without the kneeling

VORTEXION is a small online store with one product: the VORTEXION Electric Spin Scrubber, a USB-C rechargeable spin brush for bathrooms, kitchens, tiles and other hard-to-reach spots. We focus on it because scrubbing grout and corners by hand is slow, tiring work, and a powered brush does much of it for you.

How we work

• We sell online only, to customers in New Zealand. We operate from outside New Zealand and do not have a shop or office you can visit.
• Your order is sent by our fulfilment partner. Shipping to New Zealand is free, and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.
• Every order comes with our 30-day guarantee: if it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
• Prices are in New Zealand dollars, and the price at checkout is the total you pay us.
